Returns & Exchange Policy

UK Customers
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange.
Your parcel must arrive back at our warehouse within this timeframe — returns received after 14 days will unfortunately be refused and sent back to you.

If you’re requesting an exchange, we’ll send out your replacement item once your return has been processed, using our free standard delivery service.

International Customers
Customers outside the UK have 28 days from receipt of their order to return any unsuitable items. Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged and that tracking information is kept safe until your return has been confirmed.

Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned products must:

Be unworn and unwashed

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in their original packaging

Please note that socks and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds & Gift Cards

Purchases made at full price, in a sale, or using a discount code are eligible for a refund.

Orders paid with a gift card will have the refunded amount credited back to the same gift card.

Sample Sale Purchases
Items bought from an online sample sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the nature of the event. If returned, a gift card will be issued instead of a refund.

Promotional Offers
For multi-buy promotions such as Buy One Get One Free or 3 for 2, all items from the offer must be returned to receive a full refund.
If the free item isn’t included, the value of that product will be deducted from your refund amount.

Return Costs
If you choose to use a Boulevards return label, a £4 return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover postage costs.

Please note that customs or import duties may apply to international returns, depending on your country’s regulations.
