For EU & US Orders

Orders shipped to the EU and US are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and VAT are covered—there are no additional import charges upon delivery.

For Orders Outside the UK, EU & US

Shipments may be subject to local customs inspections. While we provide all necessary documentation, any resulting taxes, duties, or VAT are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Non-EU & Non-US Orders

Customers are fully responsible for any import charges they incur. If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect information, the customer will bear the cost of re-delivery.

Please be aware that exchange rates are determined by your payment provider or bank. Boulevards is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations when converting GBP, EUR, or USD into other currencies.

We do not cover shipping fees for packages that are not collected by the recipient.

Discount codes may be excluded from specific products or sale items. Boulevards reserves the right to decline discount code usage at its discretion.
